In this three-part workshop, we will support you in developing “dating emotional intelligence” through various self-awareness and value discovery activities. We will explore the strategies for online profile writing and establishing healthy boundaries. We will also uncover your attachment style that impacts your ability to date more mindfully.

Join relationship experts, Dr. Tracey Adams and:
Kristine D'Angelo, Certified Sex Coach, is dedicated to coaching women and couples to find their truly authentic sexual selves in Portland, OR. Kristine empowers her clients to find their voice and value when it comes to sex and sexuality. Through years of experience seeking resolutions to sexual issues within past relationships it led her on a path of education to explore resolving these delicate and sensitive issues through higher education. Talking about sex, sexuality and relationships is hard but it doesn't have to be.
Riikka Salonen, MA, has more than 25 years of experience facilitating courageous dialogues. Her experience as a diversity talent acquisition professional gives her a unique perspective about sourcing, screening and selecting individuals for various roles. Riikka coaches candidates about first impressions and intentional personal branding that can easily be applied while building an online dating profile. As an interculturalist, she is accustomed to utilizing self-awareness and value discovery tools that can be helpful when exploring one’s identity and needs/wants regarding a future partner. Riikka has extensive empirical data about online dating through her own life. This summer she will be marrying the love of her life who she met through an online dating site in July 2017.
